Randy,
I remember you asking about the side baffles on your wood stack in the kiln so that the air flow would not go "around" the stack. In your stack, I would just have it against one side wall or the other. Then you just need to block off one side.

Thanks Harry. I think I'm about to do the same sort of thing. My engineering mind wants to create the perfectly adaptable, easily deployable, built-in solution, but while I try to over-engineer the answer, hot air continues to bypass my stack of boards. Simple is better.
